A native of Venezuela, Carlos Garcia joined ONE Sotheby’s International Realty after working for one of the most prestigious real estate brokerages in Beverly Hills. Being a Top producer in Los Angeles and Miami, Carlos has a concentrated focus on customer service whether helping buyers navigate the process of purchasing a home, working with renters approaching the Miami real estate market for the first time, or working with sellers to market their property as efficiently as possible with maximum results.

Carlos and his partner Iain Montford’s sales experience span every aspect of residential and commercial real estate, working with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. In this ever-changing real estate environment, Carlos delivers honesty, accountability and outstanding customer service. His commitment and attention to every detail during a transaction gives his clients peace of mind during the sale.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Carlos graduated from Simon Bolivar University in Caracas and Wright State University in Industrial Engineering; he has enjoyed much success working for multinationals such as ‘Henkel International’, where he operated throughout North and South America. Carlos is a talented classical guitarist and accomplished singer. He currently calls Miami Beach his home.
